The covering layer and fault fracture zone grouting and sand filtering pressure stabilizing device comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe, a driving assembly and a pressure stabilizing tank communicating with an inner cavity of the outer pipe, the two ends of the outer pipe are detachably provided with a connecting base and a mounting base correspondingly, the mounting base is provided with a slurry inlet hole communicating with the inner cavity of the outer pipe, and the inner pipe and the slurry inlet hole are coaxially arranged; a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the inner pipe, and slurry outlet holes are formed in the outer wall of the outer pipe; a spiral groove is formed in the inner wall of the inner pipe in the extending direction of the inner pipe, one end of the inner pipe is rotationally arranged on the connecting base and forms a sand outlet, and an adjusting valve is arranged on the connecting base. The pressure in the outer pipe can be guaranteed through the pressure stabilizing tank, the stability of grouting pressure is improved, and the safety risks such as cracking of the grouting pipeline due to pressure fluctuation are avoided; and automatic cleaning of gravel objects can be achieved through the driving assembly and the spiral groove in the inner pipe, use is convenient, the labor intensity of constructors is relieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
本申请公开了一种覆盖层及断层破碎带灌浆滤砂稳压装置,包括外管、内管、驱动组件以及与外管的内腔连通的稳压罐,外管的两端分别可拆卸地安装有连接座和安装座,安装座上开设有与外管内腔连通的进浆孔,内管与进浆孔同轴设置,内管上开设有若干过滤孔,外管的外壁上开设有出浆孔;内管的内壁上沿其延伸方向形成有螺旋凹槽,内管的一端转动设置于连接座上并形成有出砂口,连接座上设置有调节阀门。本发明通过稳压罐能够保证外管内部的压力,提高灌浆压力的稳定性,避免灌浆管路因压力波动而出现破裂等安全风险;通过驱动组件和内管上的螺旋凹槽能够实现对砂砾物的自动清理,使用方便,减轻了施工人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
