The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle bomb dropping blasting icebreaking system which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle group, a remote control system, a carbon dioxide blasting bomb, a positioning module, a flight control system, a bomb dropping control system, a bomb dropping device, an atmosphere data sensor, a high-definition camera and a laser radar. The bomb dropping device, the atmosphere data sensor, the high-definition camera and the laser radar are arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicles of the unmanned aerial vehicle group and are all connected to an IO interface of the bomb dropping control system; the carbon dioxide blasting bomb, the positioning module and the flight control system are arranged in the unmanned aerial vehicles of the unmanned aerial vehicle group; when a sea ice disaster occurs, the unmanned aerial vehicle group is controlled to mount the carbon dioxide blasting bomb, and the ice breaking work is efficiently and safely completed in a pollution-free manner through the impact effect of impact waves, blasting gas and the like generated by gravity free falling of the bomb body and explosion on the sea ice.
