Foundation building method for inorganic fishpond sludge
The invention discloses a fishpond sludge inorganic base building method which comprises the following steps: firstly, pumping water, draining the water after fishing of a fishpond, performing multi-point sampling on the sludge at the bottom of the fishpond, then respectively adding 96% potassium ferrate, stirring for 20 minutes, then detecting organic matters in the sludge, then discharging muddy water into a slurry pumping tank, and after preparation work in advance is completed, carrying out water pumping on the sludge at the bottom of the fishpond; the method comprises the following steps: washing sludge by using a high-pressure water pump while adding clear water, then making a slurry pumping pool at a low-lying position beside the high-pressure water pump, enabling all muddy water to flow into the slurry pumping pool, then screening the slurry, and placing a sewage and dirt submersible pump with the power of 5.5 KW, the lift of 18 m and the flow of 65 m < 3 >/h in the slurry pumping pool; according to the invention, the sludge can be inorganic, a part of the inorganic sludge is dehydrated, the dried mud cake is used for building a pond foundation blank, a part of the inorganic sludge is made into mixed mortar, a pond foundation concrete structure is solidified, pond foundation building is completed, and the fishpond sludge can be dehydrated and reduced to obtain planting soil.
本发明公开了一种鱼塘淤泥无机化的筑基方法,包括以下步骤,首先抽水,鱼塘渔获之后抽干水,对塘底淤泥进行多点取样,然后分别添加96%的高铁酸钾,搅拌20min后再检验淤泥中的有机质,然后泥浆水排入抽浆池,完成提前准备工作后,使用高压水泵一边冲刷淤泥一边添加清水,然后在旁边低洼处做一个抽浆池,使得泥浆水全部流进抽浆池,再然后泥浆筛分,在抽浆池放置功率为5.5KW,扬程18米,流量65m3/h的污水污物潜水泵;本发明专利能将淤泥无机化,将一部分无机化后的淤泥脱水,利用干化后的泥饼筑制塘基毛坯,再将一部分无机化后的淤泥制成混合砂浆,将塘基砼结构固化,完成塘基筑制,还可以将鱼塘淤泥脱水减量化处理,得到种植土。
