The invention discloses a concrete laminated slab, a manufacturing method and a construction process. According to the concrete laminated slab, an upper chord and a bottom plate are detachably connected by means of a connecting assembly, so that the upper chord is reused, an upper assembly of the connecting assembly is connected to the lower part of the upper chord, a through hole which is through up and down does not need to be formed in the upper chord, therefore, weakening of rigidity of the upper chord is effectively reduced, and the upper chord can have relatively compact individuals.
