The invention provides a wall masonry device which comprises a workbench arranged at the top of a scissor type lifting frame, a lifting mechanism used for placing bricks and adjusting the height of the bricks is arranged on the workbench, and a winding mechanism used for lifting a clay work barrel to the side face of the workbench is arranged on the side face of the workbench. The workbench is further provided with a driving mechanism used for driving the lifting mechanism and the winding mechanism at the same time. The lifting mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to operate, then the containing plate is driven to move upwards, then the bricks are moved to the proper height, the winding mechanism is driven to operate while the driving mechanism operates, then the rope is driven to be wound, the plasterer barrel fixed to the free end of the rope is made to move upwards, and therefore it is avoided that workers bend down to take the bricks; and meanwhile, workers can conveniently move the plasterer barrel filled with cement on the ground to the working table, and then the working intensity of the workers is relieved.
