The present invention relates to a masonry wall coupling device for construction, which can be easily assembled and can increase the fastening force between a wall and a masonry wall. The masonry wall coupling device for construction comprises: lateral locking grooves (32) respectively formed on the upper and lower surfaces of a brick (30); front and rear separation prevention grooves (35) respectively formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the brick (30); a bolt hole (33) penetrated from one side to an opposite side of the brick (30); nut rotation prevention grooves (34) respectively formed on both sides of the brick (30); a wall fixing plate (40) installed on a wall (20); an upper elastic coupling part (41) formed on an upper end of the wall fixing plate (40); an upper shim part (42) formed in a portion where the wall fixing plate (40) and the upper elastic coupling part (41) meet each other; a brick support plate (43) fitted into the front and rear separation prevention grooves (35); an upward hook (44) caught in the lateral locking grooves (32); a wall contact plate (50) meeting the wall fixing plate (40) as male and female members; a lower elastic coupling part (51) formed at a lower end of the wall contact plate (50); a lower shim part (52) formed in a portion where the wall contact plate (50) and the lower elastic coupling part (51) meet each other; a brick press plate (53) fitted into the front and rear separation prevention grooves (35); a downward hook (54) caught in the lateral locking grooves (32); a pressing plate (60) caught on the upper shim part (42) and the lower shim part (52); a nut (70) inserted into nut rotation prevention grooves (34); and a pressing bolt (72) coupled to a tapped hole (71) of the nut (70).
