The invention discloses high-modulus asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and preheating the mineral powder and the aggregate; preheating the modified asphalt; and adding the modified asphalt into the mixed mineral aggregate at high temperature, and mixing to obtain the high-modulus asphalt concrete. The modified asphalt is prepared by mixing a modifier, a modulus increasing agent and asphalt at high temperature, and the modifier is prepared by performing oleophylic modification on zinc-aluminum layered double hydroxides by using isophorone diisocyanate and further treating by using 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl dimethyl octadecyl ammonium chloride. The mold increasing agent is prepared by mixing polyethylene and zirconium oxide at high temperature. Compared with the prior art, the high-modulus asphalt concrete prepared by the invention has good aging resistance, water stability and freeze-thaw resistance, and also has high resilience modulus and high-temperature stability.
本发明公开了一种高模量沥青混凝土及其制备方法。所述的制备方法为:将矿粉和骨料混合预热处理;再将改性沥青预热处理;高温下将改性沥青加入混合矿料中,拌合得到高模量沥青混凝土。改性沥青是将改性剂和增模剂与沥青进行高温混合制备而成,其中改性剂是将锌铝层状双金属氢氧化物用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯进行亲油改性,进一步用3‑(三甲氧基硅烷基)丙基二甲基十八烷基氯化铵进行处理制备而成,增模剂是采用聚乙烯和氧化锆高温混合制备而成。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的高模量沥青混凝土具有良好的抗老化、水稳定、抗冻融性能,而且还具有高回弹模量和高温稳定性。
