A nano modification technology is introduced into preparation of a high-modulus agent, so that the novel nano composite high-modulus asphalt concrete is prepared, and the comprehensive pavement performance of the asphalt concrete is improved.
本发明提出了一种纳米复合高模量剂及高模量沥青混凝土及其制备方法,沥青混凝土,包括以下组分:粗骨料、细骨料、矿粉、沥青、纳米复合高模量剂(包括如下组分:聚乙烯52%、聚丙烯为13%、天然橡胶粉为3.6%、丁苯橡胶粉为14.4%、纳米CaCO3改性剂3%、热塑性弹性体苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)8%、交联剂过氧化二异丙苯DCP2%、双酚A型环氧树脂E‑12粘结剂2%、受阻酚类1010抗氧化剂1%、聚乙烯蜡1.5%、炭黑色母粒1%),纳米复合高模量剂在集料干拌时加入,加入沥青,加入矿粉,从而制得纳米高模量沥青混凝土。把纳米改性技术引入到高模量剂的制备中,由此制备出新型纳米复合高模量沥青混凝土,以此来提高沥青混凝土的综合路用性能。
