The invention discloses a preparation method of high-modulus asphalt concrete, which comprises the following steps: S1, weighing a certain amount of artificial aggregate with a core-shell structure, adding the artificial aggregate into aggregate, heating, and putting the heated mixture into a preheated mixing pot for dry mixing; s2, spraying asphalt and an organic viscosity-reducing warm mixing additive into the mixing pot in the step S1, and mixing with the preheated mixture; s3, pausing mixing, pouring the admixture, the fiber, the nano filler, the rubber powder and the water, and continuously mixing until the mixture is uniform, so as to obtain the asphalt concrete. The dynamic modulus of the high-modulus asphalt concrete prepared by the invention is up to 9000-12000 MPa, the high-modulus asphalt concrete not only has excellent rutting resistance and fatigue resistance, but also has optimized construction performance and environmental adaptability, and meanwhile, resource recycling of wastes is realized; therefore, the requirements of modern road engineering on high-performance, sustainable and environment-friendly paving materials are met.
