The invention provides a high-temperature slow-release early strength agent for well cementation as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding a first raw material containing Ca < 2 + > and a second raw material containing SiO3 < 2-> into an aqueous solution of konjac glucomannan, and stirring to obtain early strength agent nanocrystalline loaded konjac glucomannan; and centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the early strength agent. According to the invention, the early strength agent is loaded on the KGM to form the early strength agent, so that the technical problems that the traditional early strength agent is easy to dissolve in cement paste and difficult to load and the inorganic cement paste additive is difficult to disperse and easy to agglomerate in a dispersion system are solved; the early strength agent which has high stability and can be intelligently released at high temperature is generated through adsorption and complexation, the temperature response range is wide, and the problem that a traditional early strength agent is difficult to release in response to temperature is solved; the preparation method is simple to operate and easy to popularize.
本发明提供了一种高温缓释固井用早强剂及其制备方法与应用,方法包括将含有Ca2+的第一原料和含有SiO32‑的第二原料依次加入到魔芋葡甘聚糖的水溶液中,搅拌制得早强剂纳米晶负载魔芋葡甘聚糖;离心、洗涤和干燥处理获得早强剂。本发明将早强剂负载于魔芋葡甘聚糖KGM上形成早强剂,解决了传统早强剂在水泥浆中易溶解而难以被负载和无机水泥浆添加剂在分散体系中分散困难、易团聚的技术难题;通过吸附和络合作用生成具有高稳定性并能在高温下智能释放的早强剂,温度响应范围广,解决了传统早强剂难以响应温度释放早强剂的难题;本发明制备方法操作简单,易于推广。
