The invention discloses a self-compacting terrace material, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement, 15 to 20 parts of waste glass powder, 10 to 15 parts of coal ash, 155 to 165 parts of aggregate, 250 to 270 parts of aggregate, 42 to 47 parts of water, 6 to 7 parts of water reducing agents, 0.2 to 0.3 part of anti-cracking ingredients and 2 to 3 parts of feeding ingredients. The composite material disclosed by the invention is applied to building terrace engineering, the compressive strength of 28 days reaches 45 MPa, and the breaking strength is 8-10 MPa; and the floor material has the advantages of high construction efficiency, good engineering quality and the like, has remarkable economic advantages compared with an epoxy floor material, has beneficial water resistance compared with a gypsum self-evaluation material, and is more suitable for a humid environment.
本发明公开了一种自密实地坪材料,材料按质量份数计包括如下组分:水泥100份、废玻璃粉15~20份、粉煤灰10~15份、集料155~165份、骨料250~270份、水42~47份、减水剂为6~7份、抗裂组分0.2~0.3份、补缩组分2~3份。本发明应用于建筑地坪工程中,28天的抗压强度达到45MPa,抗折强度8MPa~10MPa;且本发明地坪材料具有施工效率高、工程质量好等优点,相比环氧类地坪材料具有显著的经济优势,相比石膏类自评材料具有有益的耐水性,更加适应用潮湿环境。
