The densified special-shaped aluminum nitride ceramic structural part is obtained by ball milling of aluminum nitride ceramic powder, preparation of ceramic slurry, preparation of wax cakes from the ceramic slurry, aging fermentation of the wax cakes, re-melting of the wax cakes into the ceramic slurry, hot-pressing grouting, high-temperature degreasing and sintering. The method is suitable for various complex and irregular ceramic structural parts, the product prepared by adopting the method has higher density and heat conductivity, the density of the prepared aluminum nitride ceramic can reach 3.32 g/cm < 3 >, the heat conductivity is greater than 170W/(m.K), and the qualified rate of finished products is high. According to the process, the aluminum nitride material can be subjected to hot-pressing slip casting, the whole production process is simple in mold, short in production period, low in cost, high in efficiency and suitable for multi-variety small-batch production, meanwhile, the problem that the aluminum nitride raw material is prone to moisture absorption and hydrolysis is solved, and long-term storage of the aluminum nitride raw material is achieved.
本发明公开了一种异形氮化铝陶瓷结构件成型工艺,通过对氮化铝陶瓷粉体球磨、制备瓷浆,瓷浆制成蜡饼,蜡饼经陈腐发酵后再次熔为瓷浆,进行热压注浆、高温脱脂与烧结得到致密化异形氮化铝陶瓷结构件。本发明适用于各种复杂不规则的陶瓷结构件,采用该方法制备的产品具有更高的致密度和热导率,制备得到的氮化铝陶瓷密度可达3.32g/cm3,热导率大于170W/(m·K),成品合格率高。本发明工艺使得氮化铝材料可采用热压注浆成型,整个生产过程模具简单,生产周期短,成本低、效率高适合多品种小批量生产,同时避免了氮化铝原料易吸潮水解的问题,实现了氮化铝原料的长期储存。
