The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of ceramic products, and particularly relates to a preparation process of a special-shaped ceramic part. The preparation process of the ceramic special-shaped part comprises the following steps: dividing a ceramic green block into a plurality of subareas, arranging special-shaped parts of each subarea in an axial symmetry manner, processing the special-shaped parts, respectively processing upper calibration columns on different subareas, recording coordinate positions of the calibration columns, performing high-temperature firing, measuring the coordinate positions of the calibration columns, and obtaining the ceramic special-shaped part. According to the coordinate positions of the calibration columns before and after firing, the firing shrinkage rates of the calibration columns in different partitions are calculated respectively; calculating relative positions of different positioning columns according to the firing shrinkage rate; and taking the same batch of ceramic green blocks, processing different positioning columns according to the relative positions of the different positioning columns, processing special-shaped parts, and sintering at high temperature to obtain the ceramic special-shaped part. The preparation technology of the special-shaped ceramic part is easy to operate, short in working time, high in efficiency, high in yield and capable of saving raw materials.
