Novel grouting method for grouting corrugated pipe
The invention provides a novel grouting method for grouting corrugated pipes. The novel grouting method comprises the steps that grouting holes and a plurality of grouting corrugated pipes are reserved before construction of a bent cap; the plate-type reinforcing steel bar protection structure is arranged in the grouting hole, and the plate-type reinforcing steel bar protection structure is rotated in the direction perpendicular to the main reinforcements in the grouting hole so that the metal grooves in the plate-type reinforcing steel bar protection structure can be connected with the corresponding main reinforcements in the grouting hole in a clamped mode; before the bent cap and the pier column are positioned and assembled, the mortar leveling layer at the bottom of the sealed bent cap, and the grouting hole and the grouting corrugated pipe are communicated through the mortar leveling layer; the bent cap and the pier column are positioned and spliced; and after it is confirmed that the mortar leveling layer is sealed, the plate-type steel bar protection structure is taken out, grouting is conducted on the grouting holes, and slurry is diffused into the grouting corrugated pipes from the mortar leveling layer through the grouting holes and fills the grouting corrugated pipes from bottom to top. According to the method, grouting corrugated pipes are synchronously grouted from bottom to top according to the communicating vessel principle, the grouting efficiency is improved, and the connection strength and integrity of grouting corrugated pipe connection are improved.
