Pipeline dredging robot
The pipeline desilting robot comprises a walking machine body and a desilting device arranged at the front end of the walking machine body, the desilting device comprises a connecting shaft and a plurality of desilting plates, and the desilting plates are circumferentially distributed on the connecting shaft with the axis of the connecting shaft as the circle center to be combined into a desilting disc; the desilting plates are slidably connected with the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft is installed at the front end of the walking machine body, and desilting cutters are fixedly installed on the plate faces of the sides, back to the walking machine body, of the multiple desilting plates. According to the pipeline desilting robot, through the arrangement of the desilting plate, a desilting disc structure with the telescopic diameter can be effectively formed, and therefore the pipeline desilting robot is effectively suitable for pipelines with different pipe diameters.
本发明公开了一种管道清淤机器人,包括行走机身和设置在行走机身前端的清淤装置,所述清淤装置包括连接轴和若干个清淤板,若干个所述清淤板以连接轴的轴心为圆心在连接轴上圆周分布组合成清淤盘,所述清淤板与连接轴可滑移联机,所述连接轴安装在行走机身的前端,若干个所述清淤板背向行走机身一侧的板面上均固定安装有清淤刀。本发明的管道清淤机器人,通过清淤板的设置,便可有效的构成一个直径可伸缩的清淤盘结构,如此有效的适用于不同管径的管道了。
