The invention relates to an invention patent which is improved in multiple aspects on the basis of an escape rope ladder, 30-50 trapped persons can be safely conveyed to the ground per minute without any power, and each step of the escape rope ladder is extended by about 10cm to a groove of a vertical fixed sliding groove mounted on a corresponding wall body of a vertical shaft wall; small pulleys corresponding to the sliding chutes in size are arranged in the sliding chutes at the two ends of the steps, so that the friction between the steps and the pulleys is reduced, and the transverse force of a hand plate pedal after a person sits on the rope ladder is stably controlled until the defect that the rope ladder is bent is overcome; personnel can go up and down more safely and stably; and the front-back size of the vertical shaft can be reduced. The sliding grooves are added, and the number of pulley pairs is reduced. And the swinging performance of the rope ladder is more stable. And the rope ladder is safer and more reliable. And the control capability is better.
