Press-grouting prefabricated hardened soil pile and construction method thereof
The invention provides a press-grouting prefabricated hardened soil pile and a construction method thereof. The hardened soil pile is made of prefabricated hardened soil. Prefabricated hardened soil is initially in a flow state and is pressed and poured into a hole from the bottom of the hole through a high-pressure pump and a conveying pipe, foundation soil and water or slurry in the pile hole are replaced, and a hardened soil pile body is formed. The pile body is equal in diameter or variable in diameter from top to bottom; the maximum pile diameter reaches 1800 mm; the pile length is 50m; and the unconfined compressive strength of the pile body after final setting is 1 MPa to 30 MPa. Soft foundation soil is replaced by the prefabricated hardened soil piles, and the foundation is reinforced to form a composite foundation; in-situ soft soil on the inner side of the foundation pit support structure is replaced by the hardened soil pile bodies, and a passive area reinforcing body is formed; the engaged bodies of the hardened soil piles are linearly arranged, and a waterproof curtain is formed around the foundation pit; the prefabricated hardened soil pile is inserted into a reinforcement cage or a steel bar or a steel strand to form an anti-pulling anchor before being solidified. The prefabricated hardened soil piles are used for replacing traditional stirring piles, jet grouting piles and CFG piles, the strength and quality of pile bodies can be effectively improved, the bearing capacity of a soft foundation is enhanced, and deformation of the foundation is controlled.
本发明提供压灌预制硬化土桩及其施工方法，硬化土桩是由预制硬化土制成；预制硬化土初始呈流态，由高压泵和输送管从孔底压灌入孔内，置换出桩孔内的地基土和水或泥浆，形成硬化土桩体。桩身从上至下是等直径的或变直径的；桩径最大达1800mm；桩长达50m；终凝后桩身的无侧限抗压强度为1MPa∽30MPa。由预制硬化土桩置换出软弱的地基土，对地基加固形成复合地基；硬化土桩体置换出基坑围护结构内侧的原位软弱土，形成被动区加固体；硬化土桩相互咬合体呈线状排列，在基坑四周排形成止水帷幕；预制硬化土桩未凝前插入钢筋笼、或钢棒、或钢绞线形成抗拔锚。使用预制硬化土桩代替传统的搅拌桩、旋喷桩和CFG桩，能有效地提高桩体的强度和质量，增强软弱地基的承载力和控制地基的变形。
