Tubular pile structure and method for treating goaf
The invention relates to a pipe pile structure and method for treating a goaf, the pipe pile structure comprises a pipe body and a conical head, one end of the pipe body is provided with the conical head, and the other end of the pipe body is in threaded connection with a pressure grouting device; a plurality of first slurry jetting holes are formed in the pipe body, and reinforcing steel bars are arranged around the first slurry jetting holes; and a second slurry injection hole is formed in the conical head. A tubular pile provided with a plurality of circular-truncated-cone-shaped slurry injection holes is pressed into an overburden layer on a goaf, then cement paste is injected into the tubular pile by externally connecting a pressure grouting device to the top, and the cement paste is pressed into the soil layer from the slurry injection holes in the bottom and the side wall of the tubular pile. The pipe pile is prefabricated through a mold, and a circular-truncated-cone-shaped protrusion corresponding to the slurry injection hole is arranged on the inner mold. Compared with the prior art, grouting is conducted on the overburden layer of the goaf through the pipe wall grouting holes, the bearing capacity of the overburden layer of the goaf is effectively improved, and sedimentation is reduced; the prefabricated pipe piles are adopted, on-site trepanning is not needed, construction is easy and convenient, and the method is suitable for goaf roadbed treatment.
本发明涉及一种处治采空区的管桩结构和方法,管桩结构包括管身和锥形头,管身的一端设有锥形头,另一端与压力注浆装置螺接;管身上设有若干个第一射浆孔,第一射浆孔的周围设有加强钢筋;锥形头上设有第二射浆孔。通过将设有多个圆台形射浆孔的管桩压入采空区上覆土层中,再通过在顶部外接压力注浆装置向管桩内注入水泥浆,水泥浆从管桩底部和侧壁的射浆孔压入土层中。管桩采用模具预制,内模上设置对应射浆孔的圆台形突起。与现有技术相比,本发明通过管壁射浆孔向采空区上覆土层中注浆,有效提高采空区上覆土层承载力,减小沉降;采用预制管桩,无需现场开孔,施工简便,适用于采空区路基处治。
