The invention relates to a mechanical-electrical integration cargo hold door actuating system, and belongs to the field of mechanical transmission. Comprising a linear actuator, a control panel, a transmission flexible shaft and an electric tool. Wherein the linear actuator is mounted between an aircraft cargo hold door and a fuselage structure to open and close the cargo hold door; the control panel is installed on an aircraft skin structure and used for controlling the linear actuator to open and close the cargo hold door and displaying relevant state information of the cargo hold door. The linear actuator and the control panel are connected through a transmission flexible shaft, and transmission of mechanical force between the linear actuator and the control panel is achieved.
