Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 5 parts of bentonite, 0.2 to 0.4 part of amphoteric organic ionic salt monomer, 0.1 to 0.2 part of cross-linking agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane containing vinyl and epoxy group, 0.06 to 0.12 part of reactive beta-cyclodextrin quaternary ammonium salt, 0.05 to 0.1 part of alkoxy-containing monomer, 0.5 to 0.8 part of volcanic ash, 0.1 to 0.3 part of nanofiber, 0.05 to 0.08 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.005 to 0.01 part of initiator, and 0.1 to 0.5 part of 2, 4-dichlorophenol. 0.01 to 0.03 part of 2, 3-quinolindicarboxylic acid and 10 to 20 parts of water. The material is remarkable in anti-seepage effect, good in dry-wet cycle resistance, good in acid, alkali and salt resistance, sufficient in performance stability and long in service life.
