The present invention provides a modified bentonite preparation method, which comprises: S1, mixing bentonite, an intercalator and water to obtain a mixed slurry, the intercalator comprising sodium hexafluorosilicate; s2, freezing the mixed slurry to obtain frozen mixed slurry; and S3, unfreezing the frozen mixed slurry, and drying to obtain the modified bentonite. Sodium hexafluorosilicate is used as one of intercalator components to modify bentonite, and the sodium bentonite is prepared through freezing and unfreezing steps, so that the interlayer spacing is enlarged, and the anti-seepage performance of the sodium bentonite is improved.
本发明提供了一种改性膨润土的制备方法，包括：步骤S1，将膨润土、插层剂和水混合，得到混合浆液，插层剂包括六氟硅酸钠；步骤S2，将混合浆液冷冻，得到冷冻混合浆液；步骤S3，将冷冻混合浆液解冻后干燥，得到改性膨润土。本发明采用六氟硅酸钠作为插层剂组分之一对膨润土进行改性，并通过冷冻与解冻步骤，将其制备为钠基膨润土的同时，扩大了层间距，提高了其防渗性能。
