The invention provides a preparation method of a prehydrated bentonite impermeable material, which comprises the following steps of: adding bentonite and the like into a vacuum kneader according to acertain ratio, adding a certain amount of industrial water and carrying out kneading, sequentially adding acrylamide and carrying out kneading, adding ammonium persulfate and carrying out kneading, and adding sodium hydrogen sulfite and carrying out kneading. The kneading equipment adopts a heatable vacuum kneader, uniform compounding of inorganic nonmetallic minerals and organic matters can be effectively promoted, and by vacuumizing, the compactness of the composite material can be further enhanced, the hydrostatic pressure resistance can be enhanced, and the permeability coefficient can bereduced. Extrusion equipment adopts a heatable vacuum extruder, so that the compactness of the material can be further enhanced. Film laminating equipment adopts a film laminating machine with an upper compression roller and a lower compression roller, a sheet layer can be effectively made more uniform, and a gap between a film and a sheet layer can be reduced as much as possible. The method can be applied to production of the corrosion-resistant high-performance bentonite impermeable material.
本发明提供一种预水化膨润土防渗材料的制备方法包括将膨润土等按一定计量加入真空捏合机,此时加入一定量的工业水捏合,然后依次加入丙烯酰胺捏合,加入过硫酸铵捏合,加入亚硫酸氢钠捏合;捏合设备采用可加热真空型捏合机,可以有效地促进无机非金属矿物与有机物的均匀复合,并且抽真空可以进一步增强复合物料的致密性,增强其耐静水压,降低渗透系数,挤出设备采用可加热真空挤出机,可以进一步增强物料的致密性,覆膜设备采用上下压辊的覆膜机,可以有效地使片层更加均匀,尽可能减小膜与片层之间的间隙,并且该方法可应用于耐腐蚀的高性能膨润土防渗材料的生产。
