The invention discloses a carbonized internal curing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The carbonization internal curing agent is solid amine which adsorbs CO2; the solid amine comprises an organic amine material and a porous matrix material, and the organic amine material is loaded in pores of the porous matrix material to adsorb and desorb carbon dioxide. The carbonization internal curing agent disclosed by the invention can controllably release CO2 in a carbon mineralized product by utilizing reaction heat or an external heating source in the later period of carbonation, so that internal curing of the carbon mineralized product by carbon dioxide is realized, the material homogeneity is improved, and the situation that the internal of the carbon mineralized product is relatively low in carbonization degree or cannot be carbonized at all is avoided; under the same pressure condition, the carbonization internal curing agent enables the carbon mineralization depth of the mineralized product prefabricated member to be deeper and carbonization to be more complete, so that the carbonization time is shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced.
本发明公开了一种碳化内养护剂及其制备方法和应用。该碳化内养护剂为吸附CO2后的固态胺;上述固态胺包括有机胺材料和多孔基体材料,且有机胺材料负载于多孔基体材料孔道内对二氧化碳进行吸附与解附。本发明的碳化内养护剂可以在碳酸化后期在碳矿化制品中利用反应热或外部加热源可控释放CO2,实现二氧化碳对碳矿化制品的内部养护,提高材料匀质性,避免碳矿化制品内部出现碳化程度较低或根本不能碳化的情况;在相同压力条件下,碳化内养护剂使矿化制品预制件的碳矿化深度更深,碳化更加完全,从而缩短碳化时间、降低能耗。
