Prestressed anchor cable slab-pile wall construction method
The invention relates to a construction method of a pre-stressed anchor cable sheet-pile wall. The construction method comprises the following specific steps: step 1), anti-slide pile construction; (2) baffle wall construction is conducted on the slide-resistant piles, and cast-in-place hanging plate construction or prefabricated hanging plate assembling construction is adopted for baffle wall construction; and (3) a platform is constructed at the lower end of the baffle wall, and a grass planting slope protection structure is constructed between the platform and the slope toe. In the anti-slide pile construction method, a built-in section steel stiff skeleton structure is adopted during anti-slide pile construction, the section steel stiff skeleton is convenient to connect, and the anti-slide pile construction progress is accelerated; the cast-in-place concrete hanging plate formwork system is adopted for cast-in-place construction of the baffle wall, the installation problem of an assembly type formwork in an irregular section is solved, and efficient and rapid construction of a concrete hanging plate is achieved; the prefabricated hanging plate assembling structure is adopted, the grouting pipe is pre-buried, and the grouting holes are evenly formed in the grouting pipe, so that the strength of the prefabricated baffle wall connecting joint is guaranteed.
本发明一种预应力锚索桩板墙施工方法,包括如下具体步骤:步骤1)、抗滑桩施工;步骤2)、在抗滑桩上进行挡板墙的施工,挡板墙的施工采用现浇挂板施工或者预制挂板组拼施工;步骤3)、在挡板墙的下端施工平台,在平台与坡脚之间施工植草护坡结构。本发明中,抗滑桩施工时采用内置型钢劲性骨架结构,型钢劲性骨架连接方便,加快了抗滑桩施工进度;采用现浇混凝土挂板模板体系进行挡板墙的现浇施工,解决了装配式模板在不规则段的安装难题,实现了混凝土挂板高效快速施工;采用预制挂板组拼结构,通过预埋注浆管,在注浆管上均匀设置注浆孔,保证了预制挡板墙连接节点的强度。
