The invention discloses a combined control method and device for a tail door and an empennage of a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that in response to a request for opening the tail door, whether the current working condition of the tail door meets a tail door opening precondition or not is judged; if the current working condition of the tail gate meets the tail gate opening precondition, further judging whether the empennage is in an unfolded state or not; if the empennage is in the unfolded state, the empennage is controlled to be closed, and the tail door is controlled to be opened after the empennage is closed; and if the empennage is not in the unfolded state, the tail door is controlled to be opened. By judging the precondition for opening the tail door, it can be ensured that the tail door is opened at the proper time and under the proper condition, the unsafe situation is avoided, and the driving safety is improved; by judging the unfolding state of the empennage, different processing modes are adopted, and obstruction of the empennage to opening of the tail gate is avoided; meanwhile, the tail door can still be opened for the user when the tail wing fails and cannot be closed, and the vehicle using experience is improved.
