The invention discloses a sea sand coarse aggregate modification method and application of the sea sand coarse aggregate in vegetation concrete.The modified sea sand coarse aggregate is prepared by the steps that 5-5.34 parts of sea sand, 2-2.12 parts of red mud, 1.5-1.72 parts of cement and 0.54-0.86 part of waste incineration bottom ash are added into a disc of a ball forming mill, and a machine is started for stirring so that solid materials can be fully and evenly mixed; and spraying 0.86-1.04 parts of water onto the material at a constant speed, and stirring to obtain the modified sea sand coarse aggregate. The vegetation concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 180 to 210 parts of cement, 50 to 70 parts of bagasse ash, 1080 to 1180 parts of modified sea sand coarse aggregate and 140 to 150 parts of water. The red mud, the cement, the waste incineration bottom ash and the water are added into the sea sand coarse aggregate for modification treatment, and the cement, the bagasse ash and the water are added into the obtained modified sea sand coarse aggregate to prepare the vegetation concrete, so that the micro-aggregate effect, the filling effect and the plant fertilizer efficiency of the red mud, the waste incineration bottom ash and the bagasse ash in industrial and agricultural byproducts can be fully utilized; the cost is low, but the good physical property and durability are achieved, and the plant growth can be adapted.
