UHPC explosion-proof plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an explosion-proof plate, and particularly relates to a UHPC explosion-proof plate, the UHPC explosion-proof plate comprises a flexible buffer energy-absorbing layer and rigid protective layers glued on two sides of the flexible buffer energy-absorbing layer, and the rigid protective layers are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 600-1000 kg of cement, 50-200 kg of fly ash, 150-300 kg of silica fume, 5-10 kg of an expanding agent, 800-1500 kg of quartz sand and 5-15 kg of PVA fibers. 39 to 156 kg of copper-plated steel fiber, and 25 to 40 kg of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. According to the explosion-proof plate, the flexible buffering energy-absorbing layers are arranged on the two sides of the rigid composite layer, so that when the explosion-proof plate is impacted by a medium, the rigid protective layer can effectively absorb kinetic energy of the medium, meanwhile, the flexible buffering energy-absorbing layers can further absorb the kinetic energy of the medium, and the medium is prevented from penetrating through the flexible buffering layers and the rigid protective layer.
