The UHPC comprises the following components: cement, an active admixture, aggregate, a water-based plasticizer, steel slag powder, sintered bauxite and an admixture, wherein the admixture comprises organic fibers, and the organic fibers comprise one or more of aramid chopped fibers, polyamide fibers, polypropylene fibers and polypropylene short fibers; and the admixture further comprises stainless steel fibers or steel fibers. The ultimate fire-resistant temperature is increased to 1100 DEG C or above, a standard temperature rise curve reaches 3 hours, burst does not occur, the defect that existing UHPC is poor in burst resistance in a fire disaster is overcome, the related requirements of public facility fire protection are completely met, the compressive strength is not less than 100 MPA, the breaking strength is not less than 10 MPA, and the application range of the UHPC is widened. The UHPC can be applied to constructional engineering of housing buildings, public places, underground traffic and the like.
