The invention relates to the technical field of grouting materials, and discloses a grouting material aiming at a concentrated water leakage defect, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 55 parts of cement paste, 30 to 60 parts of nano calcium hydride, 25 to 65 parts of expansive resin, 35 to 55 parts of polyurethane foam, 40 to 60 parts of epoxy resin, 45 to 75 parts of early strength agent, 40 to 65 parts of expanding agent and 25 to 40 parts of mineral admixture. According to the grouting material for the concentrated water leakage defect and the grouting method of the grouting material, the polyurethane foam and the nano calcium hydride are added into the grouting material, cracks and holes can be rapidly filled by utilizing the rapid expansion and curing characteristics of the polyurethane foam, a firm plugging layer is formed, the water leakage defect can be rapidly plugged, and the water leakage defect is prevented from being damaged. Meanwhile, nano calcium hydride can be utilized to form calcium stone in the concrete to fill microcosmic cracks, so that the durability and impermeability of the concrete are improved, and the problem that in the prior art, grouting materials mainly comprise cement-based grouting materials and water glass grouting materials is solved.
