Refractory composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The refractory composite material comprises bauxite tailings with the particle size smaller than or equal to 50 mm and high-aluminum slag, the high-aluminum slag is dust collection powder generated in refractory material production and/or dust removal powder generated in brown aluminum oxide production, the content of Al2O3 in the dust collection powder and/or the dust removal powder is 50-70 wt%, and the mass ratio of the bauxite tailings to the high-aluminum slag is (7-9): (1-3). The raw materials are low in cost and can be directly used as production raw materials of refractory materials, grinding materials and brown aluminum oxide, and the production cost of products can be greatly reduced.
