The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly discloses a refractory material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The refractory material comprises aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, chromic oxide, iron oxide, titanium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium oxide and sodium oxide, wherein the content of the chromium oxide is 5-12 wt%; and a mass ratio of the chromic oxide to the aluminum oxide to the silicon oxide is (5-12): (59-70): (20-30). The refractory material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can be used in a high-temperature load state for a long time, and is stable in structure and high in erosion resistance and scouring resistance. When the refractory material is used as a blast furnace tapping channel preparation material, the service life of a tapping channel can be remarkably prolonged.
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,具体公开了一种耐火材料及其制备方法与应用。本发明的耐火材料包括:氧化铝、氧化硅、氧化铬、氧化铁、氧化钛、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾和氧化钠;所述氧化铬的含量为5‑12wt%;氧化铬、氧化铝和氧化硅的质量比为(5‑12):(59‑70):(20‑30)。该耐火材料在经本发明方法制备后能够长时间在高温负荷状态下使用,结构稳定,抗侵蚀和冲涮能力强。在作为高炉出铁沟制备材料使用时,可使出铁沟寿命显著提升。
