The invention provides a side pile hole-forming construction method in a subway station hole column. According to the method, simple wall protection materials or advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement measures are adopted, mechanical dry hole-forming drilling equipment capable of being freely adjusted from 2.7 m to 4 m is selected, and under the condition that slurry wall protection construction conditions are not achieved, soil deformation and stress concentration conditions in the mechanical hole-forming process are simulated, compared and analyzed through multiple construction technologies; the excavation speed of mechanical dry hole forming and the construction technical problem of a stratum pre-reinforcement form are determined, and technical reserve is provided for similar engineering.
