The invention belongs to the technical field of composite material preparation, and particularly relates to a continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that a carbon source solution and ceramic powder are mixed, and slurry is prepared; depositing an interface in the fiber preform; introducing the slurry into the central area of the fiber preform by adopting an injection method, and then curing and cracking to prepare an intermediate I; introducing the slurry into an edge area in the intermediate I by adopting a vacuum impregnation method and a pressure impregnation method, and then curing and cracking to obtain an intermediate II; embedding the intermediate II by adopting powder, and then densifying by adopting an RMI infiltration process to obtain the densified ceramic-based composite material. According to the invention, the porous composite material intermediate with low open porosity is prepared in a short time, and the composite material intermediate is subjected to RMI infiltration treatment, so that the composite material with high densification degree can be prepared.
本发明属于复合材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳源溶液和陶瓷粉体混合,配制浆料;在纤维预制体内部沉积界面;采用注射的方法将浆料引入到纤维预制体中心区域,随后进行固化裂解,制备得到中间体一;采用真空浸渍和压力浸渍法将浆料引入到中间体一内的边缘区域,随后进行固化裂解,得到中间体二;采用粉体包埋中间体二,随后采用RMI熔渗工艺致密化,得到致密化的陶瓷基复合材料。本发明在短时间内制备出开气孔率较低的多孔复合材料中间体,通过对复合材料中间体进行RMI熔渗处理,可制得致密化程度较高的复合材料。
