The invention discloses a continuous carbon fiber reinforced ultra-high-temperature ceramic matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, ceramic slurry is prepared; s2, preparing a fiber preform; s3, introducing the ceramic slurry in the step S1 into the central area of the fiber preform in the step S2 in an injection mode, and then performing curing and cracking to prepare a first intermediate; s4, introducing the ceramic slurry in the step S1 into the edge area except the central area of the fiber preform in the step S2 by adopting vacuum impregnation and pressure impregnation modes, and then performing curing and cracking to prepare a second intermediate; and S5, densifying by adopting a precursor impregnation and pyrolysis process, introducing a precursor polymer solution into the second intermediate in an impregnation manner, then carrying out curing and pyrolysis, and converting the second intermediate into a silicon carbide ceramic component, thereby obtaining the densified continuous carbon fiber reinforced ultrahigh-temperature ceramic-based composite material.
