Silicate cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a silicate cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The silicate cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-99 parts of silicate cement, 1-30 parts of metastable vaterite and 40-45 parts of water. The silicate gelling material provided by the invention is a low-carbon high-strength gelling material, the vaterite is used for replacing part of cement, the strength is generated through products such as carboaluminate generated by self-hardening of a cement matrix and reaction of the vaterite and the matrix in the cement, and the silicate gelling material has the advantages that the safe operation of various engineering facilities is ensured; and the method has important significance in improving the infrastructure level in China.
本发明公开了一种硅酸盐胶凝材料及其制备方法,其按质量份数包括以下原料制成:硅酸盐水泥80~99份、亚稳态球霰石1~30份、水40~45份。本发明提供的硅酸盐胶凝材料,是一种低碳高强胶凝材料,其利用球霰石取代部分水泥,通过水泥基体自身硬化和球霰石与水泥中基体发生反应生成碳铝酸盐等产物产生强度,对确保各类工程设施的安全运行,提升我国基础建设水平具有重要意义。
