Preparation method of flexible metalized ceramic nanofiber interdigital electrode
The invention discloses a preparation method of a flexible metalized ceramic nanofiber interdigital electrode, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a flexible hybrid ceramic nanofiber membrane material: firstly, preparing an organic-inorganic sol spinning solution by using a high-molecular polymer as a spinning template; preparing the organic-inorganic sol spinning solution into a flexible hybrid ceramic nanofiber membrane material through an electrostatic spinning technology; s2, the flexible hybrid ceramic nanofiber membrane material is placed in a muffle furnace to be subjected to sectional type high-temperature calcination, and a pure flexible ceramic nanofiber membrane material is obtained; and S3, printing a metal pattern on the pure flexible ceramic nanofiber membrane material through chemical deposition and ink-jet printing technologies to obtain the flexible metalized ceramic nanofiber interdigital electrode. By adopting the preparation method of the flexible metalized ceramic nanofiber interdigital electrode, the prepared flexible ceramic nanofiber membrane material is compounded with the metal nanoparticles, and the flexible metalized ceramic nanofiber interdigital electrode has excellent mechanical property, thermal stability and conductivity.
本发明公开了一种柔性金属化陶瓷纳米纤维叉指电极的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、制备柔性杂化陶瓷纳米纤维膜材料:首先使用高分子聚合物为纺丝模板,制备有机‑无机溶胶纺丝液;再通过静电纺丝技术将有机‑无机溶胶纺丝液制备成柔性杂化陶瓷纳米纤维膜材料;S2、将柔性杂化陶瓷纳米纤维膜材料放置在马弗炉中进行分段式高温煅烧,获得纯柔性陶瓷纳米纤维膜材料;S3、通过化学沉积和喷墨打印技术在纯柔性陶瓷纳米纤维膜材料上打印金属图案,获得柔性金属化陶瓷纳米纤维叉指电极。本发明采用上述柔性金属化陶瓷纳米纤维叉指电极的制备方法,制备的柔性陶瓷纳米纤维膜材料和金属纳米颗粒复合,具有优异的机械性能、热稳定性和导电性。
