Interlayer reinforcing material, method and equipment for cement-stabilized ardealite base layer
The invention discloses a cement stabilized ardealite base layer interlayer reinforcing material, method and equipment, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, spreading an interlayer reinforcing material on the surface of a cement stabilized ardealite base layer which is formed by rolling and is not cured, the interlayer reinforcing material being an aggregate of which the surface is coated with cement slurry; 2, the spread aggregate is rolled, so that aggregate particles are partially embedded into the cement-stabilized phosphogypsum base layer and partially exposed out of the surface of the base layer, and a single-particle-size thin layer is formed; and thirdly, the rolled base layer is cured. According to the method, the bonding capacity and the anti-scouring capacity of the cement-stabilized ardealite base layer and the asphalt surface layer can be remarkably improved, pavement diseases such as cracking, pushing, slurry pumping and pit slots caused by insufficient interlayer bonding and anti-scouring capacity are effectively avoided, and the technical bottleneck of the cement-stabilized ardealite pavement base layer is solved.
本发明公开了一种水泥稳定磷石膏基层层间增强材料、方法及设备,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、在碾压成型尚未养生的水泥稳定磷石膏基层表面撒布层间增强材料,所述层间增强材料为表面裹覆有水泥浆液的集料;步骤二、对撒布的集料进行碾压,使集料颗粒部分嵌入水泥稳定磷石膏基层内部,部分裸露于基层表面外,形成单粒径薄层;步骤三、对碾压完毕的基层进行养生。该方法可显著提升水泥稳定磷石膏基层与沥青面层的粘结能力和抗冲刷能力,有效避免因层间粘结和抗冲刷能力不足而引起的开裂、推移、唧浆和坑槽等路面病害,解决了水泥稳定磷石膏路面基层的一大技术瓶颈。
