The invention relates to a rainwater stilling drain tank which comprises four vertically arranged side walls and a horizontally arranged bottom wall, the side edges of the side walls are connected in sequence, and the bottoms of the side walls are connected with the bottom wall to form a hollow cavity. A groove-shaped connecting section and a convex slope structure retaining wall are oppositely arranged at the two ends of the bottom wall in the direction of the symmetry axis of the second side wall and the fourth side wall and connected through a stilling section, the connecting section is composed of symmetrically-arranged pier columns, a first notch is formed in the end, close to the first side wall, of each pier column, and a second notch is formed in the other end of each pier column.
