Temporary floor settlement post-cast strip early sealing device and method
The invention discloses a temporary floor settlement post-cast strip early sealing device and method. The device is composed of a clamping system, a settlement monitoring system, an upper cover system and a lower cover plate. Wherein the clamping system comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, an embedded sleeve, a split bolt, a partition plate, a partition plate fixer, a water stop steel plate and a split nut; the settlement detection system comprises a detection system transmitting end and a detection system reflecting end; the upper cover system comprises a supporting cross beam, a supporting beam sliding groove and a supporting beam rotating shaft. According to the device and method, the problem that normal use of a building is affected by a lower supporting scaffold due to the reserved post-cast strip can be effectively solved; meanwhile, relative settlement of floors on the two sides of the post-cast strip is monitored in real time through a settlement monitoring device, and support is provided for determination of the closing time of the post-cast strip; compared with a traditional steel cover plate, the upper cover system of the device can bear a large use load; and finally, the structure can be dismantled from the floor slab after the whole construction process is completed, and secondary utilization of the device is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种临时楼板沉降后浇带提前封闭装置与方法。该装置由夹持系统、沉降监测系统、上盖系统、下盖板组成。其中,夹持系统包括上夹板、下夹板、预埋套筒、对拉螺栓、隔板、隔板固定器、止水钢板、对拉螺母;沉降检测系统包括检测系统发射端、检测系统反射端;上盖系统包括支撑交叉梁、支撑梁滑动槽、支撑梁转轴。本发明装置和方法能够有效解决预留后浇带导致的下部支撑脚手架影响建筑正常使用问题;同时采用沉降监测装置对后浇带两侧楼板的相对沉降进行实时监测,为后浇带封闭时间的确定提供支持;相对于传统钢盖板,本装置的上盖系统可以承载较大的使用荷载;最后,本结构可以在施工全流程完成后从楼板上拆除,便于装置二次利用。
