The invention provides a roof panel with an outlet, which comprises a bottom plate, a base is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, a channel is formed between the bottom plate and the base, a cover plate is hinged to the base, and the cover plate covers the channel; the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting arm and an adjusting part for controlling the rotating angle of the adjusting arm, the adjusting part is arranged on the bottom plate and located in the channel, one end of the adjusting arm is rotationally arranged on the bottom plate and is in transmission connection with the adjusting part, the end, away from the adjusting part, of the adjusting arm is in sliding connection with the cover plate, and the adjusting arm is used for controlling the cover plate to be opened and closed; the locking mechanism is arranged on the cover plate and is used for fixing the closed cover plate on the bottom plate; and the four limiting mechanisms are rotationally arranged at the four corners of the bottom plate correspondingly and used for clamping the framework. The roof panel and a common roof panel are used in cooperation to form a whole, ventilation, air permeability and light transmission can be achieved, the safety and comfort of the interior of a house are improved, and the situation that the whole roof panel is opened after installation, and the whole waterproof performance is affected is avoided.
