本发明公开了一种智能壁爬式外墙机器人,通过设置的牵引系统中的台车带动喷涂主体横向移动、卷扬机控制喷涂主体竖向移动,实现机器人在外墙表面的快速自由移动,设置的撑脚有利于在移动时或普通墙面作业时支撑在外墙表面,对窗口处外侧施工时配合利用支撑臂临时限位支撑在窗口处,保证喷枪喷涂过程中整体结构稳定、不易晃动,通过设置的转盘带动喷涂主体根据需要的方向绕转盘旋转到需喷涂的侧向,喷涂主体可自行在横移轨道、纵向伸缩机构的作用下进行单位作业面的喷涂施工,各个电控设备通过设置的远程控制终端与控制芯片进行远程控制,从而实现对外墙喷涂的智能控制,有利于保证在窗口处周围外侧墙体喷涂施工的质量。
