The invention discloses a high-altitude outer wall construction circular rail suspension which comprises a guide rail laid on the edge of a high-rise building, a walking mechanism moves on the guide rail, a support is installed on the rear portion of a suspension support, the front portion of the suspension support is installed on the walking mechanism, and a construction robot or an artificial hanging basket is arranged at the front end of the suspension support. Through cooperation of the guide rail and the walking mechanism, a manual mode is changed to move the suspension, personnel investment in the construction process is reduced, meanwhile, the position can be adjusted at will according to construction requirements, and flexibility is high; by means of servo, the encoder, the stations planned in advance and the like, the accuracy of station movement is guaranteed, and the system is particularly suitable for matched robot construction.
