Manufacturing method of thermal insulation integrated board
The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation decorative boards, in particular to a manufacturing method of a thermal insulation integrated board. The method comprises the following steps that after surface oil removal and cleaning are conducted on an aluminum veneer, acid pickling and film removal are conducted, an adhesive is smeared, and a first adhesive layer is formed; the aluminum corrugated core is placed on the aluminum veneer to be combined to form a base structure; the thermal insulation rock wool is wrapped with cement sand cloth to form a thermal insulation structure, and an adhesive is smeared to form a second adhesive layer; and the second adhesive layer is bonded with the other face of the aluminum corrugated core, and the base structure and the heat preservation structure are compounded to form the integrated board in a cellular board vacuumizing mode. According to the invention, a silicic acid cover plate is replaced by the cement sand cloth, so that the strength and the flatness are improved, the overall weight of a single integrated plate is reduced by half, the potential safety hazard of high-altitude installation is reduced, and energy conservation and environmental protection are realized.
本发明涉及保温装饰板技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种保温一体板的制作方法。其包括以下步骤:对铝单板进行表面除油清洁再经酸洗除膜后,涂抹胶粘剂形成第一胶粘层;将铝瓦楞芯放置于铝单板上组合形成基底结构;保温岩棉裹上水泥沙布形成保温结构,并涂抹胶粘剂形成第二胶粘层;将第二胶粘层与铝瓦楞芯另一面粘接,并通过蜂窝板抽真空的方式将基底结构与保温结构复合产生一体板。本发明中,取消硅酸盖板替换成水泥沙布,在增大强度与平整度的同时,单块一体板的整体重量减少了一半,减少了高空安装的安全隐患,又做到了节能环保。
