The invention discloses high-strength low-elasticity water-soluble resin cement paste, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of Portland cement, 10 to 15 parts of resin modified materials, 5 to 10 parts of acrylic emulsion, 1 to 5 parts of silicon nitride whiskers, 1 to 4 parts of borax, 1 to 5 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide, 1 to 5 parts of interface modifying agents and 45 to 55 parts of ethyl alcohol. According to the cement paste, Portland cement is used as a matrix, the strength performance of a product is enhanced by adding the resin modified material, the silicon nitride whiskers, the nanometer aluminum oxide, the acrylic emulsion and other raw materials for cooperation, meanwhile, the resin modified material adopts the lanthanum sulfate solution, and stirring and mixing are sufficient firstly; then tetra-n-propyl zirconate, N-2-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and modified nano silicon dioxide raw materials are added for a contact reaction, and after the resin is modified, the interfacial force effect between the resin and the inorganic raw materials is enhanced.
