Nano silicon nitride-silicon carbide composite ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of nano silicon nitride-silicon carbide composite ceramic, and belongs to the field of preparation of inorganic non-metallic materials. The preparation method of the nano silicon nitride-silicon carbide composite ceramic provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) mixing nano silicon nitride, a carbon-silicon polymer and an organic solvent, and performing spray granulation to obtain pretreated silicon nitride; the carbon-silicon polymer comprises one of polysiloxane, polycarbosilane and polysilazane, and the carbon-silicon polymer comprises one of polysiloxane, polycarbosilane and polysilazane; (2) mixing the pretreated silicon nitride obtained in the step (1) with silicon carbide powder and a sintering aid, and molding to obtain a green body; and (3) carrying out hot pressed sintering on the green body obtained in the step (2) in nitrogen to obtain the nano silicon nitride-silicon carbide composite ceramic. Experimental results of the embodiment show that the bending strength of the nano silicon nitride-silicon carbide composite ceramic prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is 1198 MPa or above, and the fracture toughness is 7.96 MPa.m < 1/2 > or above.
本发明提供了一种纳米氮化硅‑碳化硅复相陶瓷的制备方法,属于无机非金属材料制备领域。本发明提供的纳米氮化硅‑碳化硅复相陶瓷的制备方法包括:(1)将纳米氮化硅、碳硅类聚合物和有机溶剂混合后进行喷雾造粒,得到预处理氮化硅;所述碳硅类聚合物包括聚硅氧烷、聚碳硅烷和聚硅碳氮烷中的一种;(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的预处理氮化硅与碳化硅粉体和烧结助剂混合后进行成型,得到坯体;(3)将所述步骤(2)得到的坯体进行在氮气中进行热压烧结,得到纳米氮化硅‑碳化硅复相陶瓷。实施例的实验结果表明,本发明提供的制备方法制备的纳米氮化硅‑碳化硅复相陶瓷的抗弯强度为1198MPa以上,断裂韧性为7.96MPa·m1/2以上。
