Nano silicon nitride-boron nitride composite ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides nano silicon nitride-boron nitride composite ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of preparation of inorganic non-metallic materials. The preparation method of the nano silicon nitride-boron nitride composite ceramic provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) mixing nano silicon nitride with borazine to obtain mixed slurry; (2) curing the mixed slurry obtained in the step (1), and crushing to obtain pretreated silicon nitride; and (3) mixing the pretreated silicon nitride obtained in the step (2) with boron nitride powder, and carrying out hot pressed sintering to obtain the nano silicon nitride-boron nitride composite ceramic, the boron nitride powder comprises cubic boron nitride powder and hexagonal boron nitride powder. Experimental results of the embodiment show that the density of the nano silicon nitride-boron nitride composite ceramic prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is 98% or above, and the bending strength is 350 MPa or above.
本发明提供了一种纳米氮化硅‑氮化硼复相陶瓷及其制备方法,属于无机非金属材料制备领域。本发明提供的纳米氮化硅‑氮化硼复相陶瓷的制备方法包括:(1)将纳米氮化硅与硼吖嗪混合,得到混合浆料;(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的混合浆料进行固化后粉碎,得到预处理氮化硅;(3)将所述步骤(2)得到的预处理氮化硅与氮化硼粉体混合后进行热压烧结,得到纳米氮化硅‑氮化硼复相陶瓷;所述氮化硼粉体包括立方氮化硼粉体和六方氮化硼粉体。实施例的实验结果表明,本发明提供的制备方法制备的纳米氮化硅‑氮化硼复相陶瓷的致密度为98%以上,弯曲强度为350MPa以上。
