Cement-based material carbonization inhibitor as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material admixtures, and particularly discloses a cement-based material carbonization inhibitor and a preparation method thereof. The carbonization inhibitor is composed of a basic group formed by a polyamine monomer and an acidic group in a carboxylate radical form, so that the adverse effect on the porosity of an application material due to the fact that air is introduced into a single-component polyamine substance and a single-component carboxylic acid substance serving as sources of the polyamine monomer and the carboxylic acid substance due to the surface activity effect is avoided. The invention also discloses an application of the carbonization inhibitor in a cement-based material, the carbonization inhibitor is added into the cement-based material in an external additive form, and the hydrolysis product of the carbonization inhibitor in an alkaline environment of the cement-based material can influence cement hydration products, regulate and control the internal pore structure of the cement-based material and increase the internal pore tortuosity of the cement-based material. Therefore, the problem of poor carbonization resistance of the cement-based material is effectively solved, and the service life of the cement-based material is prolonged.
本发明属于建筑材料外加剂技术领域,尤其公开了一种水泥基材料碳化抑制剂及其制备方法。该碳化抑制剂,由以多胺类单体形成的碱性基团、和羧酸根形式的酸性基团组成,避免了作为二者来源的单组分的多胺类物质和羧酸类物质因表面活性作用引入空气而对应用材料的孔隙率所产生的不利影响。本发明还公开了上述碳化抑制剂在水泥基材料中的应用,其以外加剂形式添加至水泥基材料中,该碳化抑制剂在水泥基材料的碱性环境中的水解产物可影响水泥水化产物,调控水泥基材料内部孔结构,增大水泥基材料内孔曲折度,密实孔结构,从而有效解决水泥基材料抗碳化能力差的问题,提升水泥基材料的服役寿命。
