The invention provides a cement-based material carbonization internal curing agent as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The cement-based material carbonization internal curing agent is prepared by taking a molecular sieve as a raw material, surface hydrophobic modification or surface coating release control treatment is carried out to enable the molecular sieve to have a hydrophobic characteristic, and then CO2 adsorption is performed on the molecular sieve to obtain the cement-based material carbonization internal curing agent. The carbonization internal curing agent overcomes the technical defects of low carbonization reaction degree, low material water cement ratio, poor working performance, incapability of field application due to limitation of high-pressure curingequipment and the like in the existing cement-based material carbonization curing process. The molecular sieve subjected to release control treatment is used as a CO2 carrier, so that more CO2 can beintroduced into the cement-based material, and the release behavior of the cement-based material can be controlled. By using the carbonization internal curing agent, under the condition that the water-cement ratio of the cement-based material is not reduced, the limitation of curing equipment can be broken through, and the field application of carbonization curing in the cement-based material isrealized.
本发明提供了一种水泥基材料碳化内养护剂及其制备与使用方法,所述水泥基材料碳化内养护剂以分子筛为原料,进行表面疏水改性或表面包覆释控处理后,使分子筛具备疏水特性,然后对其进行CO吸附,即制得所述水泥基材料碳化内养护剂。该碳化内养护剂解决了现有水泥基材料碳化养护过程中碳化反应程度低、材料水灰比低工作性能差及受高压养护设备限制无法现场应用等技术缺点。本发明以释控处理后的分子筛为CO载体,不仅能将CO更多的引入水泥基材料内部还可控制其释放行为。使用该碳化内养护剂,在不降低水泥基材料水灰比的条件下,可突破养护设备限制实现碳化养护在水泥基材料的现场应用。
