The invention relates to a slow-release water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the slow-release water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180-300 parts of sulfonic-group-terminated polyether monomer; 4-8 parts of a hydrophobic functional monomer; 4-8 parts of saturated amide; 0-32 parts of a first unsaturated ester; 8-15 parts of unsaturated acid; 1.5 to 3.0 parts of an oxidizing agent; 0.2 to 0.4 part of a reducing agent; 0.8 to 1.5 parts of a chain transfer agent; and 300 to 500 parts of water. The slow-release water reducing agent prepared by the invention has better slow-release performance, can improve the workability of concrete, has obviously improved mechanical properties, has no adverse effect, and is wide in adaptability, quick to prepare and high in efficiency.
本发明涉及一种缓释型减水剂及其制备方法,一种缓释型减水剂,以重量份数计,所述缓释型减水剂的制备原料包括:磺酸基封端聚醚单体180~300份;憎水功能单体4~8份;饱和酰胺4~8份;第一不饱和酯0~32份;不饱和酸8~15份;氧化剂1.5~3.0份;还原剂0.2~0.4份;链转移剂0.8~1.5份;以及水300~500份。本发明制备的缓释型减水剂具有较好的缓释性能,能够改善混凝土的和易性,且对力学性能有明显提升,无不良影响、适合性广,制备快且效率高。
