Slow-release water reducing agent for concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a slow-release water reducer for concrete and a preparation method of the slow-release water reducer. The slow-release water reducer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether; 10 to 20 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether; 6 to 10 parts of methyl methacrylate; 5 to 8 parts of vinyl dimethyl carboxylate; 8 to 12 parts of allyl dimethyl carboxylate; 15 to 25 parts of acrylic acid; 10 to 20 parts of sodium sulfonate methacrylate; 1-3 parts of hydrogen peroxide; 1-4 parts of a reducing agent; 2 to 4 parts of sodium hypophosphite; 3-6 parts of an oxidant; 1-2 parts of a chain transfer agent; 3-8 parts of an alcohol amine compound; and 120 to 150 parts of deionized water. When the slow-release water reducing agent for the concrete is applied, the slump retention capacity of the concrete can reach 3-5 hours, so that the slump retaining performance of the concrete in the later period becomes controllable, the phenomena of bleeding, segregation and the like of the concrete can be avoided as much as possible, and long-distance conveying and pumping of the concrete can be realized.
